Unlike other handymen companies, I am upfront about costs. And for your convenience it’s posted right here. I am the most competitive in regard to rate, experience, and quality.
I charge by the job (see pricing below). I do not add on drive time or any extra fees as I have found this to be a fair way to bill for my services. These prices are also subject to change later in the production phase due to unforeseen variables. This promotes a mutual respect and a long-time loyalty in the working relationship.
To make things easier on you and save time, we’ve compiled many of our most common handyman jobs with their prices on this page. The pricing listed below is for your starting reference point, and DO NOT include materials. Keep this in mind when shopping around on our pricing site.
Our minimum fee for site visits starts at $250. So, we encourage you to get your honey-do list ready. To do this, take a walk around your house, list everything that really gets under your skin or things you're concerned about. By providing us with a list of to-do's, we can help you prioritize your needs and wants, to effectively provide you with the service you deserve.
